Over the past weeks, the Sober Life team has been moving through communities such as Tafara, Epworth, Zororo, Maruva Shin, Overspill, and Glenwood, engaging households in open and honest conversations about drug and substance abuse.
From the stories we’ve heard, one thing is clear drug abuse is not just an individual problem; it is a community crisis. Unemployment, idleness, trauma, peer pressure, and even family influence are driving young people, some as young as 14, into dangerous drug use. Both boys and girls are now equally affected, with many turning to substances as an escape from stress, violence, or hopelessness.
At SoberLife, we measure our success by the lives we touch and the communities we strengthen. Here are some key statistics that showcase our impact.
We prioritize efficient fund allocation, ensuring the majority of funds directly benefit our programs and initiatives.
These numbers represent more than just data; they reflect the real lives that have been changed through our collective efforts. Together, we can continue to grow and make an even greater impact.
Our organization truly believes that by working together, we can save more lives than ever before.
